Jen of Jen Rios Design put together a beautiful concept and Clementine create the most gorgeous flowers for it. I’m obsessed with the textures and colors!

With everyone posting their morning and night time routines, I thought I would show you my one non-negotiable habit, journaling! 📝

I definitely can’t start the day without writing out my prayers and handing my day over to the Lord! 🙌 It helps me focus my thoughts and start my day out with a lot less anxiety.

I end my day writing out in my Adagio journal. It’s like a bullet journal but better. I can process the events of my day and pray before going to bed. 📚 I love bookending my days with prayer and journaling!

If you’re filling out your prayer journal and want a few extra ideas, here’s some specific for the upcoming month. Let me know if y’all enjoy this and we’ll bring you a new one to kick off your monthly prep!

1. SINGLE FRIENDS - Valentine’s Day is already coming in hot and it’s barely February. I know not every single person desires a relationship but let’s not be insensitive either. A fair amount do, so let’s lift up those friends that may feel discouraged in this season of waiting.

2. BROKEN/LONELY MARRIAGES - Just because someone is married doesn’t mean all is rosy either though. Lift up those in marriages that are hurting or lonely and pray for healing and unity.

3. DEEPER FRIENDSHIPS - I had Galentine’s Day on the brain when I thought of this prompt. ;) So often we all feel like we want deeper friendships but it’s not something we pray about. We worry about it. We get bummed about it, but what if we prayed specifically fo that this month?

4. THOSE AFFECTED BY S.A.D. - February is when I typically start to feel the affects of Seasonal Affective Disorder from the lack of sunshine. We’re in the thick of winter and the twinkly vibes of Christmas have been drenched in dreary rains or enough snow. Say a prayer for those to 1) feel God’s overwhelming joy deep in like rays of light & 2) be proactive about healthy ways to cope through the rest of winter.

5. GOOD HABITS / DISCIPLINE - The new year’s goals have lost their luster too! ;) Special prayers that God will provide the discipline we need to continue life-giving habits.

And a bonus one because I just remembered Lent starts in February too!

6. AN INTENTIONAL EASTER SEASON - May we pray for an awareness of our own sin and what we have been saved from through Jesus’ death and resurrection. And may we find someone to share it with this Lent season.
