How do I get started using my journal?

When do you ship orders? How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship orders Mondays and Thursday! Depending on which option you choose at check-out, you can expect your order within 5-8 business days.
If you’re order includes pre-order items, it will ship by the end of September.
How can I use my rewards points?

I placed my order and I forgot to put in the discount code/rewards points!
In most cases, we can refund the amount you would have saved on the back end if you contact us immediately. These requests will not be a first priority but will be processed within 72 hours.
I haven’t received my order.
If you’ve received a notification that your order has shipped, our first and best tip is to contact your local post office. If your package has not arrived after 2 weeks from the ship date, please reach out to us again and we can help! We won’t ever leave you empty-handed!
Will you restock sold-out colors of the Rhythms Prayer Journal (AKA the yearly)?
We don’t technically restock the Rhythms Prayer Journal since it’s a dated product, but after we’ve shipped all of the orders and have seen what’s in good condition, there may be limited quantities we’re able to add to the shop towards the end of January or February. We can’t be sure of what colors or how many there will be, but we expect them to go really fast (this sometimes happens within hours).
Do you ship internationally?
Although we strive to provide the best service possible, international shipping is just tricky for a small business like us, so we want you to be fully prepared as to what to expect when you place your order. Click here to read all the details and also see if there might be a retailer in your area.
I purchased the prayer course, but have not received my login info.
Please check your trash, spam and/or promotions folder for an email called “Your prayer course login info!” so that you can login right away. If you can’t find it, email info@valmariepaper.com.
Do you sell to boutiques?
Yes, we do! We limit to one brick-and-mortar shop per city. Contact us to see if there is availability in your town and to get pricing!
Do you offer donations for fundraisers?
Because we get so many requests (and they’re so hard to choose from!) we’ve decided not to donate products, but instead pre-plan our giving to two specific ministries. 15% of each purchase goes to Reciprocal Ministries International to provide meals for two schools in Haiti. About 450 students will get a hot meal every day of the school year thanks to your orders in our shop!
Can you design and produce a custom journal for me?
We do a limited number of custom projects depending on time, complexity of journal and quantity of journals. Contact us with a detailed outline of what you’d like and we can let you know about availability and pricing.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
If you changed your mind, we are happy to refund the cost of any journals that are returned to us unopened within 30 days of delivery. Shipping cost will still be charged, but you will get a refund for the cost of the journal when it arrives back to our shop! Please contact orders@valmariepaper.com.
